Holy Moly Slacker Am I!!!!

YES it has been 1 year since I last posted. Man I suck at this!!! We just had some family pics taken by Mindy and they turned out awesome!! She is the one that took the pics in my last post that I posted 1 year ago. Seriously I will try to be better. This has been a crazy and hectic year!! We finally got a house!!! We are living in Kearns right next to the Olympic Oval. We love it!! It is has been hard work!! The previous owners didn't really take care of the place especially not the yard!! We painted, carpeted, built closets, put on new baseboard, painted kitchen cabinets, etc in 2 weeks before we moved in. We are now living with dirt in my backyard!! We are pretty close to getting sod. I didn't know that there were so many rocks in dirt. Holy Cow!!! I think that I pick up a lot and then I look and more keep popping up!!! Hopefully by July 4th Sod will be in so by the end of the month we can walk on it and I will stop having dirt tramped in our house!!

We decided to also get chickens. We were going to wait a year before getting them and maybe get our yard done, but on Wade's birthday a week ago I had a little surprise party for him and his cousin showed up with a present for Wade. Yes it was 3 chicks!! They are in my garage under a heat lamp and I can't wait until they can get outside in their coop that we still have to build. I do like the chickens though. They are pretty fun.

Charlee is adorable!! She is 13 months and will stand up everywhere. She will stand up by herself in the middle of the room but refuses to walk. She is the best tantrum thrower!! I thought Weston was bad.

Weston is 3!! I can't believe it. He is mister personality. He likes friends. Anything and Everything is his friend. The birds and ants are his friends. Anyone walking down the street is his friends. He always tells me. Mom I need to go say hi to my friend and will walk up to whoever and say hi. We have to work on stranger danger!! He is not afraid of anyone!! He also likes to be the center of attention!! he kind of reminds me of my cousin Ashley when we were younger. ( Ashley no offense! I LOVE YOU!!) All eyes on him and if anyone else is getting more attention he tries harder. We are working on that.

I have finally posted the cutest pics ever!! I had Mindy do them. She was amazing and did an awesome job!! Charlee is 1 month in these pictures.

7 lb 3.9 oz 20.5 inches long

She came!! I was induced on Mon and it was a much better experience than with Weston. i only had to push for 8 min so she came out looking like a c-section baby!! No cone head and no bruising. She is a good baby so far and is so stinking adorable!! I could be prejudice though. Weston likes her. I was a bit worried that he would be very jealous but he has been great!!

38 Weeks Finally

So we like to do things all at once. We potty trained Weston and it was horrible, but he is now fully potty trained and it is so nice not having to change poopy diapers. Then Wade decided to take the side off the crib so Weston could have a big boy bed. he is now finally sleeping through the night and not coming out at 4 in the morning ready to play. That took a couple weeks. We have been throwing around the idea of trying to rent our condo and buy a house for a couple months and decided to put it on ksl and see what happens. It has been on for a month and someone came and wanted it, and they want to move in next weekend. We have been looking at some houses and put an offer in on one and didn't get it so now we are house hunting and moving out of our condo this weekend into Wade's mom's house and hopefully will find a house and move in in the next couple of months. To top it all off I am going to have a baby in the next couple weeks. I will probably wait until after Easter to have her because I don't want to miss any of the Easter egg hunts.

We did go to Vegas for our 5 year anniversary!! It was so much fun!! The drive took forever because being 37 weeks pregnant you have to stop every 1.5 hours to get out and pee and walk around. I finally won in Vegas. Yes I doubled my money. I put 5 down on black in roulette and doubled it to 10. I stopped. Wade was laughing at me because you would have thought I won hundreds. I couldn't stop smiling and I was so happy. I can't believe that we have been married for 5 years!! CRAZY!! It has been a great 5 years though, and I can't wait for the years to come.

IT'S A GIRL!!!

I wasn't going to find out again what I was having but decided as I was sitting on the table that I wanted to know and see how it is knowing before hand. We are so excited!!

Weston decided to fall asleep on the only tour at Mesa Verde where you have to crawl through a tunnel. So my dad and Wade dragged him through and he didn't even wake up. Very tired boy!

Grand Canyon for Wade's Birthday

So I am not very good at the blogging thing. We have had a fun summer and lots of vacations. We went to Mesa Verde on our way to Albuquerque for a family reunion and it was pretty cool. Weston had fun camping but was ready to come home and get back on a schedule!! At least I was ready for him to stop being ornery and get back on his schedule!! Wade and I were able leave Weston for a long weekend and went to Disneyland in October! It was so much fun!! We went to Disneyland 2 years ago and I couldn't go on any of the fun rides because I was pregnant with Weston and I was too far along with the pregnancy. Luckily this pregnancy I was only 12 weeks so it was okay!! So yes I am pregnant and due April 21st. I will be 20 weeks on Thursday.

It's About Time

Hello Hello!!

It has been quite a while since the last post. Well if I said everything that is going on then it would take forever so I will just post some pics and narrate a little. Weston has been keeping us pretty busy. He is a funny little boy. The other day he decided that he could jump off the couch. That didn't work and he had a good goose egg on his fore head. Then just as the bruise was about gone he decided to trip over something and hit his head on the ground. So needless to say the bruise is back.

Weston turned 1 the end of January and it was a fun little birthday party! He loved his cake and all the presents.

February was my birthday and it was fun. We went to St George and Weston loved the pool!! March: Weston went on his first Easter Egg hunt. He was pretty cute. Once he figured out that you pick up the eggs and put them in the bag he was thrilled. We went with Wade to Sunnyside Utah for the night and then went through 9 mile canyon. It was pretty interesting there were a lot of hieroglyphics in the canyon and we went on a little hike to see an Indian village ruin and very disappointed. I wasted my time on that little hike for a bunch of rocks in a circle. Everything else was pretty cool though.

April: Easter was a lot of fun. Weston was so excited what other day of the year do you have an M&M trail from your bedroom to your basket. We did that to help him find his basket and he was thrilled. He looked at us like are you sure I can eat this right now. I haven't even had breakfast. Once he got the OK he was loading them in his mouth and picking them up and even skipping some because he had to room in his hands. Unfortunately all those pics are on our video camera.

Another exciting thing that happened was we got a dog. He is a Shorkie (Shitzu/Yorkie mix). His name is Hawk because he has a natural little mo hawk. It is adorable. I thought having a dog was going to be all fun it is not. Not with a puppy!! I almost got rid of him a couple times. He is getting neutered in 2 weeks so hopefully that helps with all the energy he has, but he is getting to be a really good dog. Weston loves him and loves playing with him so it will be worth it in the end. We just need to train him.
