ANNOUNCING...

WESTON WADE WRIGHT
Weston was born on Tues 1/27/09 at 2:15 am. We went to the hospital Sunday night to begin the induction. Pitocin was started Monday morning and then never ending day started!! We didn't think that my induction was going to take that long and we almost had to go back for a c-section twice but Weston finally cooperated and was delivered vaginally!!

We are so excited to have him here finally and that everything turned out well. He has the cutest little cry and is just so fun to hold and look at. He is definitely one of my most favorite people in the world next to Wade. Here are some more pictures.

Wright Update

So I guess I should write a little about what has happened in the last month, since I really only write once a month.

Here I think the week before christmas and I am around 35 weeks.
For Wade's family christmas party we went on a hay ride and sang lots of Christmas Songs. It was really fun and cold. Here we are on the hay ride.

Christmas Day we went to Wade's parents in the morning and my parents that afternoon. Here is my family after opening gifts. It was a great relaxing day, and we were truly spoiled by both sides and are so greatful for our families!!

On Fri Wade's brother was married and so we spent all day doing wedding stuff. I was hoping that it would put me into labor but no such luck! I was hoping that it would happen. I guess I will have to wait and will probably be waiting until my due date hopefully not longer.

Finally some pictures!

Here are some pictures that will span probably to Halloween. I am bad and just never take them off the camera.
So I don't know how to turn the picture. This is me on Halloween. I am 27 weeks pregnant. It keeps growing and we are loving it. (Sometimes) It is fun to feel how active Pee Wee is even though he makes it uncomfortable.
Here we are in our halloween costumes. If you can't guess. No I am not a pregnant Miley Cyrus and Wade is not my dad. Wade is Dog the Bounty hunter and I am his wife Beth. It was pretty fun. We dressed up for his family halloween party.

This is a picture at my grandpa's funeral right after they folded the flag they each saluted it before giving it to my grandma. It was amazing. I am glad and sad that I had the experience.

This is some of the crew that we had over to our house to watch the BYU/Utah game. We had so much food and it was a lot of fun!! We had Wade's family and my family over.Lastly Thanksgiving. This year we went to Wade's parents house and had a yummy Thanksgiving dinner. After dinner we went bowling. It was a lot of fun!! I use to be a good bowler. Not enymore especially now being pregnant. I think I will blame it on that. You can blame anything on being pregnant I decided and people will buy it :). For dessert we went to my parents house and had a lot of pie!! I had to go to bed a little early because I worked the night before Thanksgiving and had about 3 hours of sleep when I got home from work before needing to go to dinner and then I had to be up at 4:30 to go shopping the next morning. Shopping was fun as usual. We have decided though that Walmart is not the place to go when it opens unless you have a purpose. We walked back by the elctronics and it was a mess!!! People need to learn how to use a cart when shopping black friday. It was still way fun and worth it even though I was way tired!!

Good Student

Today at work our cheif resident Evan came and asked if he could borrow me and show the interns and medical students how to use the ultrasound and what to measure and look for. Of course it was okay but the only stipulation was that if he saw what Pee Wee was he couldn't say anything and couldn't tell anyone. Pee Wee is measuring right on. He is head down and moving like crazy!! In one of the shots Pee Wee looked like he was trying to suck on his thumb it was so cute!! It was fun listening to Evan explain everything to the others. I saw Pee Wee's aorta and other cool things. It was fun. Evan said that Pee Wee was being the perfect baby to show so I will have to tell Pee Wee that he was a perfect student when he was in the womb. Hopefully it will carry on.

I promise to post some pictures. I really am pregnant and definetely look like I am.

What a Week

This has been a very stressful and emotional week. My grandpa went to the ER last Tuesday because and ended up in the ICU because 3 weeks prior he was in a car accident and his arm that was all cut up was getting worse and very infected. They took him into surgery that night and he went into cardiac arrest because the infection had gone through out his body. He was on life support all day Wednesday and I had to say my final goodbye and that I loved him. He was taken off of life support on Thurs morning and died shortly after. It has a been a crazy week. I had know idea that I was going to lose my grandpa. It happened all of a sudden.
He was the best grandpa ever!! He was the most positive person I have ever known. He is always making something positive out of a bad situation. He was a tease. He was always teasing us and always there to help us when we needed it. I am going to miss my grandpa so much!! I had a chance to sit with him on Wed with no one around and I told him to find Pee Wee and meet him and tell him that he has to be an angel for Wade and I since he won't get the chance to meet Pee Wee here when he is born. I was also able to talk to him about funny experiences I have had growing up with him.
At the funeral yesterday there were some navy boys there that did a flag ceremony since my grandpa served in WW2. It was so awesome!! I was already crying but seeing that made it even worse. After the bugle boy was done playing the song and they folded the flag they went over to my grandma got down on one knee and said"On behalf of the President of the United Stated of America ...." then went on thanking my grandma for my grandpa's service in the Navy. It was so cool.
I am so glad that I have a knowledge of the gospel and even though it is sad losing my grandpa I know that I will see him again. I am so grateful that I live in the United States of America. I love the freedom that we have and am so grateful for those that fight so that I can have my freedom. I am going to miss my grandpa and love him with all my heart but I know that he is having his own reunion with his parents and sister.

IT'S A........

We had our real ultrasound last Tuesday that is much better then the one I peak at Pee Wee with on Labor and Delivery and Pee Wee is really cute. It is amazing that something is growing inside of me. It kind of grosses me out a little bit sometimes, but it is truly amazing!! Pee Wee has got all the parts he needs like 2 kidneys, a liver, 2 eyes, no cleft lip things are good. Pee Wee is a ..... surprise still. We told them to avoid the area so we couldn't see and figure it out. Plus Pee Wee had his legs crossed the whole time so he wants to be a surprise too. I got Wade to go and register at Babies R Us. It was fun but challenging. There are not many things that can be either boy or girl, so I went with some things orange, and some green. We'll see what we get. the one thing that I am hating about being pregnant is not being able to get comfortable when trying to sleep!! My sciatic nerve is bothering me and will for the rest of the pregnancy which in my opinion is making it twice as hard to get comfortable at night. During the day it is great being pregnant but at night I tell Wade I hate it! Last night he asked if I was ever going to want to be pregnant again and I told him yes but it sucks at night.
